  10.  2 parts white sugar
  11.  Flavor of choice (chocolate, peppermint,...)

  13.  Medium heat - stir a long time - lower heat when it thickens  - add
  14.  flavor immediately before pouring. The critical part is when to pour -
  15.  too late and it does not come out - too early and it does not set.
  16.  The whole takes about one hour using 1 cup milk and 2 of sugar.  Best
  17.  unflavored. (At least try it first au naturel).
